General Information: U14 & U15s - 2007/08 [Last Update: 02/11/2007: 16:55] This is a general page for the U14 & U15 sides for the 2007-08 season. The two sides have trained and played together for several years, but have now become two distinct sides over the last two seasons. Nonetheless there are still close associations between the two side and so these pages are jointly administered and contributed to. This season, as with the last season the opportunity has been taken to arrange more joint fixtures, the most noticeable being a joint trip up to Berwick on towards the end of this year. Hopefully a more friendly occasion than last year. As the club overall has expanded a great deal over the last few years and is now fielding a side at just about every age group (not to mention 4 seniors sides), there is some obvious pressure over pitches for home games and training. As a consequence, scheduling has been somewhat more complicated this year and it has been necessary to plan well in advance who is going to be where. This explains the need for these pages and the detailed schedules outlined on the U14 , U15 and training pages connected to this page. Not surprisingly, you may realise that the best laid plans of mice and men are not always realised and we again envisage many changes over the season as matches are re-arranged and pitches become waterlogged etc. So... the plan is to update these pages as soon as information becomes available and this will make it much easier for the coaches to get the information across to everyone.
